Pete Lockett is considered by many to be the most versatile multi-percussionist, having immersed himself in percussion traditions from musical cultures across the globe. He was voted as “Best World Percussionist” by DRUM! Magazine in 2014 and 2015, the best percussionist by Rhythm Magazine, and was the runner up as best percussionist by Modern Drummer from 2010 to 2014.
Pete has toured and/or performed with a wide range of artists such as Björk, Peter Gabriel (Genesis), Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin), Bill Bruford (Yes, King Crimson), Amy Winehouse, Steve Smith, Steve Gadd, Thomas Lang, Dave Weckl, and many more.
